What an awesome butcher shop, owned and operated by the nicest people you will ever meet. Selection 5/5, Value 5/5, Flavor 10/5, Hospitality: Off the charts! I purchased Blueberry, Cheddar, and Mango Habanero Brats, Beef Short Ribs, Pork Belly (Bacon Burnt Ends), Pork Cutlets, and some freshly roasted coffee from the local coffee roaster. The Blueberry Brats/Patties are unbelievable. Cutlets were super lean and taste like heaven pan fried in flour, salt, and pepper. I cannot wait to smoke some bacon burnt ends this weekend. I am due for a freezer reload. Worth the drive from Fort Wayne, make sure you bring a cooler!

While I strive to support local business my experience with this shop has been unsatisfying pork cuts are always tough and what's the white stuff cooking off the bacon that turns black? The only thing I can recommend is the pies.. please do better.

Love the brisket on Saturday. Bought a couple thick cut chops from behind the counter. YUM😋 There's a frozen dept. as well. I recommend this place to anyone who loves a good brisket! …

I arrived near closing, and I was pleasantly surprised. I saw the sign, Hot Foods. Went in and checked the place out. Personnel there recommended the brisket. I bought some. I asked the frozen brats, say a sign for bacon cheddar brauts... I told the store "keep" that the box was empty. Did he have any more? He went to the back and brought 3 more packages... to me, they looked pretty amazing. I told him I would take the brisket and 2 brauts . Total come to 26.66. I told clerk, no can do. Put the other braut in there. ( I am superstitious about that 6 number being in concession 3 times in a row) I bought the three packages. Took the brisket home. Excellent. Today after church I am going to have me some bacon cheddar brauts... I am expecting the same culinary results.

The meat is of exceptional quality, delicious, and affordably priced. I especially appreciate the brisket. Thank you, Pork 'N Clever, for your outstanding service.

Bought beef ribs from here and were excellent. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful.

We were in a few weeks ago and purchased chicken, smoked bacon, blueberry sausages, burgers, and pizza and jalapeño brats. Everything was amazing but the brats were out of this world! Amazing customer service and fresh selection of custom meats!

Their pork burgers are the best - we drive from Fort Wayne to buy them! Such an amazing butcher shop. Everything we have purchased is 100% top notch - brats, bacon, burgers, pork chops and ham!

To much fat in it and full of salt.. couldn’t even eat it and I cut off fat after cooked…. Oh ya didn’t like the taste. Hope what the other meat I bought is better let you know

They have the best bacon. Loved everything we’ve purchased both pork and beef. Almost out that I’m going to have to go back and stock up on more.

Best Burger, Bacon, and Brisket. Last I knew, they have brisket on the grill, Saturday and Sundays! Wonderful local meat and other local items.

Bought ground beef. Chicken salad and smoked brisket. All was excellent. Brisket was fork tender and so tasty. We will be stopping there again.
