Great prices, great product, great service! What more could you ask for? The stuffed chicken breasts and jalapeños are amazing! The homemade BBQ beef sticks are also really good, and if you're lucky enough to get the smoked chicken salad, you'll love it!

Great store, nice people, traveled from Northern IL back home to Waverly TN 2 weeks ago, annoyed with the quality of meats our local grocers. Purchase 8 boneless Ribeyes from Poppy's $18.99 and pound, thin cut. Looked great. Just grilled last night (light sear mine rare, wife's medium rare) and not good. Medium rare was tough and chewy, the rare, less chewy but NO Flavor no richness, nothing. Honestly the quality was like a sirloin not marinated. For $18.99 I could have had Kroger garbage or Black Canyon from local IGA. Poppy's meat shop and employees, really liked, but whomever is their beef source, missing the mark. Photo attached proving this is not some off the cuff poor review, this meat is not $18.99 a pound.
