Pope Farms Country Store

They are so nice at this farm. We have stayed on their property twice with our motorhome since they are part of Harvest Hosts. We enjoyed a wonderful pork roast that we purchased.

Nice farm Very friendly employees and I cannot remember the dog's name, but he's such a gentle old pup. Worth going to visit. We will definitely be going back there ourselves.

Very nice people, cute farm and animals. Prices are pretty good and it is great to support local. My main critique has to do with their cuts of meat. Whoever they use for "processing" does not give consistent cuts. From a single package, ribs and chops may be of drastically different thickness making them difficult to cook. Some very meaty, some have no meat at all, etc. The meat seems to be of high quality but that is only half the equation. You also need great cuts. Their t-bone steaks are among the best I have ever had. Great marbling for the price.

This place is the best! I’ve been looking for a place to get good quality natural meats for the last 7 years. Pretty much since I moved here. A friend of my wife and I told us about Pope Farms. Some of the best tasting beef and pork I’ve had in many years. If your a carnivore like I am . This is the place! I’m a smoker kind of man . Kudos

Love this family owned farm! They special order Homestead Creamery milk for us every week! Gotta get some of the country ham!

Always nice people! They have a great family farm and sell high quality meats and produce. You can't beat local! I buy all of milk and eggs from this farm. Also their beef packages and selection of poultry and pork are out of this world. I love knowing where my food comes from and how it is raised. I find peace of mind knowing the environment and conditions in which my foods are produced. You can see it for yourself. I highly recommend Pope farms. Also it's fun for the family to introduce children into a learning experience and atmosphere you just can't give them at school when they are young.

Happy to support our local Farmers. So much to love at this 75 year old family farm. Fresh Free range eggs. I also bought bacon, cube steak and beef stew meat. Thank you for giving this city girl a tour.

The store at Pope Farms is an excellent place to get local produce, meat, and eggs. I was surprised at how good their prices are for such high quality food! I’m happy to be a customer of a local family and get products from right here in Wake County.

Deer corn , Pumpkin patch for kids. Mum's and and bunch of other items. If you've never been by ,definitely check them out.

Cannot say enough good things about Pope Farms. If you want the freshest produce and high quality beef and pork, then avoid the chains and head to Knightdale.
