I came upon this farm a few weeks ago at the Hamilton farmers market. I was immediately greeted with smiles from Hank and Holly, the two wonderful owners. They were quick to help, and chat a bit about their farm and how well cared for the animals are which is important to me. I purchased a beautiful ribeye and amazing bacon. Both products were so delicious and worth every penny! The ribeye was paired with a delicious California Cab and made for an amazing meal. The bacon was so big my family only needed one piece each at breakfast! I will definitely be back for more. As promised, Hank and Holly…here are some photos from my delicious meals! See you soon!
