Plath's Meats

Stopped by on the way the way to lunch and ended up eating here instead! Their dogs have a nice snap to them, and their brats are delicious as well. Coney sauce for the dogs is hot and ready around lunchtime and is only 50 cents. Plenty of free toppings for the dogs and brats made this a worthwhile stop. I'd highly recommend the store made queso dip.

I had two hotdogs based off a recommendation, and I was not disappointed! The hotdogs had a crisp snap when I took a bite and they had a decent selection of condiments. I almost went back in and got another one. 2 dogs for $5 was a great deal.

Great meat market! There is a wide variety of meats and goods. You could arrange the meats for any meal or making a charcuterie board. The hot dogs and brauts are good for a quick bite.

If you want steaks you have to ask. They cut them for you! Had a couple of ribeyes that were fantastic. Wish I lived in the area, cuz I would like to try much more. Everyone there was very friendly.

There's smoked meats are incredible! This is the sister store to the original in Rogers City. I highly recommend both!

Best selection of brats, dogs, chops and specialty condiments around. I brought a 12 lb lake trout to them to smoke, which they expertly did!

Flats Meat Market is simply the best place to get bacon sausage pork chops steaks anything you could possibly imagine it's a carnivores dream. This place is Simply Delicious it's the best I have had a number of meats in my life and this place is by far the best. We travel from Grand Blanc 3 hours and we make sure we always stop at Platts meet to get our fix of bacon sausage and the world-famous 1in thick pork chops bone in smoked pork chops heaven on Earth
