Really disappointed and fearful with every meat item received. 4-5 Hairs inside an unopened top round roast. Paper thin filet steaks. The meat we received was already frozen for a year, so nothing fresh about this large order. I’ve seen better quality meat at Walmart..

We reach out to Patterson's farm upon recommendation and reviews. We were initially told that one process cow will produce 400 pounds of beef, although this seemed a little low based on previous purchases from other farms, we decided to order half a cow. We spoke with Jordan numerous times hashing out the details of the cut sheet. Our primary request was to receive the leanest meat possible and forgo the ground beef. She agreed and stated that this will reduce our total amount of beef. And we were okay with that. Additionally, we asked for items that would normally be discarded such as soup bones, beef liver and the casings. We went to pick up the order, basically walked in while paying for the order another person loaded 8 sealed boxes in the back of my truck. The whole process took less than 5min. Drove back home and start unpacking to put the beef in the freezer, first thing we noticed is an EXCESSIVE amount of FAT in all packages. Second thing we noticed, we received an entire box of garbage (there was no liver no usable casings). Fajitas meat were cut extremely large, bones were weight and included in the total weight. Basically the meat were poorly cleaned and poorly cut. Very not pleased with this purchase. Waste of 1450$ Make sure to see what you are getting before you buy/pay. Won't recommend to other and won't buy from them again. (would be happy to provide pictures)

My husband and I love this place. Customer Service is top priority. If there is an error, they fix it, a rare treat these days. Deals are always available and the meat tastes fresh. I highly recommend this butcher shop if you want high quality meat with a smile.

Family owned is a plus, but they’re genuine, nice people! Very good on prices and quality meat that is more healthy than the mass produced alternative.

Fabulous place,if you are looking for that special cut , or unique piece of meat you can't normally find in a grocery store. Patterson's is the place to go. Friendly, quick service, handicap assessable , with multiple people willing to help find what you are looking for or to help load of necessary. You won't be disappointed, worth stopping by and checking out.
