A+++ This place is AMAZING!!! The very best meat market around, period. All sorts of different cuts of beef and pork. Huge cheese, jelly, and pickled products. They also have a great selection of craft/local beers, beef jerky, local milk products, great-tasting pasta salads, potato salads, Mac & Cheese, and many other similar items. It can be busy, but it’s well worth the drive and wait. You can also grab bagged ice and whole-animal products as well. It’s about 20-minutes from Columbus, 30-minutes from Health/Newark, right off East Broad Street. Check their hours before the drive, as they are closed on Mondays.

I have only shopped here a few times but each time I go is a learning experience. The butchers and the sales staff are all quite knowledgeable and friendly. I have purchased a broad spectrum of meats from them and seems like each one is better than last. I am in Columbus so it is a little schlep but it is 100% worth it.

Rockin. Loved the service most and selection and varieties of meats a close 2nd. St Louis slaw was unique. All kinds of goodies there.

After an awful experience in the grocery store, we swore off buying meat through chain stores. This is when we found Pataskala meats! From the first time we stepped foot in the door, everyone was welcoming and helpful. If the meat you want isn’t cut, don’t worry, they will cut it for you. Prices are the same as in the grocery store. What I love most of all about them is how they treat their customers. Most of the staff know myself and my family by name when we come in and even remember what we purchase from week to week. I 100% recommend them!

Great mear.. bacon cooks crisp, not salty.. the filet we bought want at all fatty.. it was thick cut and very tasty... I asked for a few slices of bacon to just try but was notified that it's only sold in the 1lb package.. but it is thick and yummy.. they have baked beans that are very flavorful... the onion rings are thick and very juicy after the air fryer.. thank you for a great experience

Great selection of quality meat and sides. Purchased steaks, ground beef, giant baked potatoes, seasonings, hot pulled pork and brisket, deli sides and a variety of chips and pretzels. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. A must stop if in the area.

They had a lot of stuff I didn't know they had! Good food and a lot of different jellies and things you can't find in Kroger! I will definitely go back!

We were looking for a specific item& couldn't find them anywhere, So then I tried Pataskala Meats, & Bingo.They had what I was looking for " & A whole lot More" Great place for All your Meats" Great Staff & Great Prices 👍 …

Very friendly staff super clean place. I cant speak to everything because I only bought a rack of already cooked ribs and some of the flavored milk and what appears to be homemade ish soda. The ribs were edible but very very dry, the flavored milks were worth trying once for sure and the 3 flavors of soda I got my kids each like 1 flavor and hated the rest so it worked out well there. Again not knocking everything just putting my experience out there. Catch you later
