Pasture to Fork

I recently placed an order with Pasture to Fork consisting of sauerkraut, Eikorn breads, apple cider, potatoes, and carrots. I live in Texas where the temperatures were sitting close to 100 degrees at the time but I thought that I would take the chance and hope my order would arrive okay. The shipping took four days with the delivery taking place late in the afternoon in the hottest part of the day. I was amazed at how well the products were packaged and even more so that the ice pack was still icy any everything was still cold. I've received two orders so far and I am beyond amazed at the difference between the raw dairy products and the store stuff; always had store bought dairy before. I have really enjoyed the heavy cream in my morning espressos, the yogert straight out of the tub and chicken and beef bone broths. I became a raw dairy snob overnight almost, no more pasteurized products for me. As full dairies of this caliber have not made it to where I live yet, I am grateful to be able to have it delivered. I have definitely worked my budget around to fit Pasture to Fork Farm in. No brainer there. I love this family and farm.

I love coming here to get my Turkey and other meat. The prices are reasonable for grassfed and pasture raised meat. This is my 3rd year getting our fresh turkey and it's always delicious. We will continue coming here.

I was very happy to find raw milk ice cream here, I've been looking for a long time, but never could find any. Got chocolate chip mint ice cream, absolutely delicious.

Food arrived in perfect shape to Miami, where temperatures are crazy hot and humid Very well packaged and of course, delicious cheese and wonderful eggs.

Everything was perfect! Very good, added amazing flavor to my food. Made my own butter from the heavy cream, the milk was a delicious addition to my morning tea, and the beef bones were huge. Will be ordering again.

It does not get any fresher than this. Amish business right on the farm. Fresh meats, vegetables and much more. Definitely worth a visit.

I have spoken with and communicated with owner Sam Fischer. He has been very helpful in my securing 'whey' for me. He packaged it special for me. This is a product that I use all the time to ferment food and beverages. But I usually have to squeeze it out of yogurt which is expensive and wasteful. Now again I have 6 bottles to make my fermented limeade and anything else I want. I look forward to trying other products, too. They look very good.

The Thanksgiving turkey was delivery the day before Thanksgiving. It was so fresh and absolutely delicious. I roasted it the night before coated with olive oil and spices. Reheated the turkey up on Thanksgiving day 350 for about 1 hour (without covering with gravy) not one bit dry. Everyone was excited to have leftovers. Sam is the best!

I could definitely taste the higher quality of my turkey meat. My husband chose to smoke it and got some great guidance from the smoker expert at Pasture to Fork. Will definitely order again.

Amazing farm store with a great variety of organic pasture-raised goodies! We stocked up on the eggs, raw milk, and grass fed beef.
