Purchased a quarter beef from here. It was my first purchasing beef this way and they were nice enough to pretty much hold my hand through it. Their prices are fair and honest. There was nothing hidden. It took about 2 weeks for the processor to finish. But I couldn't be happier. I recommended them to a few friends who are going to try to get in on the next order. And I will definitely be doing this again.
Jessica and her husband are fantastic! I am so glad we found them! We have purchased a half pig as well as ground beef and everything we have made from the meat has been phenomenal. I appreciate the quick response time and always great customer care! We look forward to continuing to purchase meat in the future!
