Got a 1/2 cow this year. Wanted to wait till I had a few different cut before I gave my review. I have to say this is the most flavorful beef I have ever had, very tender also. The butcher also did a fantastic job, cut everything exactly like I asked. I will be getting more beef from Parsons.
