Stopped by the feed store today for some of their beef. Excellent, mineral rich tasting and great butchering on the strips and skirt steaks. So nice that I can go any day to purchase local beef and not wait until a farmers market. Reasonable pricing as well!
Best beef money can buy especially with the economy the way it is. You won't be disappointed. Come grab some of their beef at the Ocala Downtown Market on Saturdays 9am-2pm. That's where I got it and it is downright amazing. Love supporting small businesses, you can too!
