For the 1st time, my box contained 0 (zero) dry ice, The meat was still cold and towards the bottom was partially frozen. I'm sure this was an oversight, but even if smell is fine I will sous vide this entire box.
Packed well, arrived frozen, good communication about arrival, good price. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I like the way it is packaged.
Customer service is off the charts!!!! This is a couple that cares about raising healthy natural cattle. So far we've eaten some NY's and gound beef and the NY's melted in our mouths. Highly recommend them for filling your freezers with grassfed and finished great beef.
