I have bought a number of processed cows from Oswalt Family Farms and every one has been excellent! They are great people to work with!
We bought a 1/4 steer and have had the most wonderful dinners since. The ground beef is the best we have ever had and we had a T bone steak that was tremendous. It has a flavor that is much better than what we get at the market. Husband absolutely loves the filet from here...we have went to many places to find Filet, and, you all by far surpass any places we have went in the area and surrounding counties!
It’s so wonderful to buy beef and lamb from a local source! I’ve been to the farm and the animals are well cared for and live a comfortable life- just what I want! The quality of the meat is high. My husband who thought he didn’t like lamb is now a convert😊 We even had Oswalt Farm make up gift boxes for our employees for Christmas! What a wonderful gift 🎁
Fantastic, family owned, farm raised black angus. They have stepped up and diversified into pork. Not to mention the lamb! Meat eaters will be completely satisfied! Highly recommend!
