They opened in 2003, taking over from the previous owners and I have been doing business with them the entire time. Whole hogs, deer, elk, or just special cuts. They always have a smile and a helpful attitude. What more can you ask...

Great little shop on the way to Enumclaw/Crystal Mountain. They have a huge selection of fresh and frozen meats. They also have family/variety packs you can buy. Going to be my default stop on my way into town. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out.

I had two steers slaughtered in December. Mike and his two lady crew were fantastic. It was so quick and efficient that it left us just amazed. We got are meat back a couple of weeks later wrapped exactly as we requested. I also ordered some teriyaki sticks and jerky made. The sticks are delicious, I love those. The jerky has a little too much smoke for my taste, but my wife and son say it is the best. Thanks for helping us out.

Love it when you get a pig done and they put hamburger in the package and not the sausage that you where expecting to be in the package marked breakfast sausage terribly disappointed with the custom cutting
