We had a peaceful night's sleep at this farm. Very friendly owners & they brought us some fresh eggs, sweet potatoes & parsley.
This place was peaceful and restful. I was in Jacksonville to visit Camp Lejuene. I was born there. Maya who owns the farm with her husband and children was very welcoming. The gardens are over for the season but she did welcome us with dried herbs, fresh chicken eggs and vegetables that were left from the garden. She was very helpful finding a sponsor for me to get on base. Loved staying there. They do have a guest house that they rent out.
Upon our arrival to NC last April, my husband and I called Old 30 Dirty Family Farm home for several months. It was fascinating watching the daily activities of farm living. Our hosts were welcoming, and always pleasant. We enjoyed our stay, and gained a new respect for what's involved in maintaining this life style. It was overall a very good experience.

I have the pleasure to volunteer and also participate with the events of the farm on a weekly basis. The whole staff is professional and adherent to the needs of the guest and the needs of the community.
Always clean, friendly & peaceful. My kids absolutely love going.
