Food poisoning from ground beef. Layed 4 days in bed with chills and muscle aches and diarrhea. I had bought five 1lb packages of ground beef and everyone was sticky smelly and bad. I feel like a fool that I ate them thinking this was the texture of the local meat and smell of grass fed. I take no pleasure in writing this. I wanted to support a fresh butcher too farm store very bad. This is the second time I have got bad meat from a small shop. Best to buy your meat at Whole Foods where they have safety precautions and throw out old meat . I did contact the store with no response. And the fact that they would sell me rotten beef I would be in fear to touch any meat from here again.

Tried this small shop. The ny strip, marinated tips, and a selection of brats all were fabulous. Prices are reasonable. High quality of cuts. The staff is so friendly ❤️ and helpful. Another must stop!

We are so happy we found this place!! We were looking for a local farm store with pasture-raised meats, A2/A2 milk, and organic produce. I love that this is both a butcher and a market, so you can get all the ingredients you need to make a nutrient dense meal. We go 1-2 times a week and have been blown away by both the quality and consistency of their products and the kindness of their staff. We have seen a lot of people purchase their farm eggs, which we hope to pick up next time around! They also sell flour, quinoa, jam, nut butters, wine, yogurt, handmade tofu, homemade pasta, etc. We picked up a cherry pie today with simple ingredients, which reminded me of something my Grandmother would make. I highly recommend their cheese curds (we have tried the garlic dill and cajun flavored curds), the Choriqueso smoked salchicha, the whole milk, and the chicken patties. We have been impressed with everything we have purchased from here, so you really can’t go wrong! There is plenty of parking available across the street and around the corner. I highly recommend!

Absolutely the best! A one stop shop for so much quality foods: eggs, beef, chicken breast, chicken thighs, milk, butter, breads, pasta, crackers, cheese, vegetables, fruits. All locally sourced and/or made. The meat is all high quality. The in house cured deli meats are an amazing offering. This place is the best local grocer and butcher.

All the meat that comes from their farm is 100% grass fed and finished. Some of their other meats aren’t grass finished.

The meat is fantastic, People that work there extremely nice . Everything that they sold, there comes from a farm their own farm

Best butcher shop in the city by far! OCP always has the best selection of sausages, steaks, and charcuterie. Plenty to choose from. Produce and other items from Wholesome Valley Farm keep me coming back every week! I refuse to buy my eggs anywhere else. Local meats. Local produce. Local dairy products. Local wines. Local people. Oh, and did I mention the customer service is always outstanding? DON’T SKIP THE CICCIOLI!!!!!

I love this place. The meats, cheeses, dairy, eggs, grains, jams, sauces, everything looked of phenomenal quality, and the prices were more than fair, too. I liked that you could see the local sourcing of the products. They have Thanksgiving orders you can make in advance, too!
