Amazing selection of meats, vegies, seasonings, sauce, and so much more. Wife and I wanted to smoke a 4lb beef tenderloin. We asked the gentlemen if they could make us one. They came out with a fresh large (10ish lbs) piece if meat and trimmed it up perfectly. Incredibly clean and good atmosphere. Shopping for meat will never be the same again (in the best way).

I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty frugal when it comes to spending money on protein, but if there is something that i really want. I'll spend the money on it. I heard of this place but have never been in. I wanted to go over and teach my nephews how to cook some Dino Ribs. I must admit I was surprised on all the different items, including seasonings they had. So I'm looking at the Dino ribs and couldn't believe the marbling that I was looking at. Ask the clerk would weigh them and give a price on them. Without any hesitation or attitude, the clerk stated, "I'll be happy too." He told me they were about 6lbs, so it was $103. I signal to go ahead wrap up for me, which he did and covered the price so they didn't know how much I was spending on them. The lady next to me recommended their specialty burgers, so I got some of those. Then I saw these beautiful cheddar sausages, so I got a few of those. Grabbed a few seasonings that I had never heard of, but the flavors sounded interesting. The next day, I went over, and we bbq those items and some other things. I could not believe the flavors that we from the Ribs, sausages, and burgers (snack items). Those Dino Ribs made it worth every dollar I spent there and more. Will be going back. Sorry for the lengthy review.

I am so glady wife and I found this place. The meats are all fresh and very tasteful, prices are not bad either and their customer service is above and beyond. People need to try this place!

The meat is fresh and the prices are good too. The staff is very helpful, you can also phone in an order to pick up. They even have portions that are in the freezer for pets and other meat options like veal, and bison. They even have a fresh selection of vegetables too, plus marinades, and seasoning.

Great family owned local butcher shop with terrific service. They have a wide array of meats, including lamb, bison, venicen and carry other local prepared foods like ceviche, spices, rubs etc. Very impressed with this place

Customer service is horrible. Called ahead for an order. Claimed they had plenty and we show up and they are like oh we sold out. No apology or anything, just a nonchalant attitude. The meats are really good here but the staff could definitely use an attitude adjustment and maybe some lessons in Customer service skills.

Off the Hook is a fantastic butcher shop with an incredibly wide array of fresh and frozen meat products. Mind you, they aren't cheap if you're used to grocery store prices, but this is a place where you are genuinely buying quality. This shop has only been open a few months, and it has become our go-to for special occasion meat purchases. They keep their website up-to-date with specials and upcoming showcases (so many places don't do that these days!), and I also follow them on Facebook to get the latest news.

Always pleasant and the meats are way better tasting than store bought. My wife and I recently started buying our meats here and they are fabulous.

Excellent place to get your meat from. They also have sauces, veggies, potatoes, drinks and more. The customer service is always great here.

GameChanger..... best burger ever Rib Eye's,.... WARNING...Dont bother with overpriced wagu...Get the thick cut Boneless. Take'm off a couple minutes early, AMAZING !!!!!...Breakfast sausage... Tryem all. It's hard to pick a favorite. CHICKEN, is still just chicken. Try Boneless pork chops. Hot sier slow cook. They were great. I have purchased so much here and have never been disappointed. Not just recommend A Must.. Enjoy.
