Great jerky and fantastic meat sticks! Loved the Bloody Mary flavored. Like the smaller package sizes so you can purchase several flavors at once and not spent too much. Very reasonable pices and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
#1 - they have the BEST smoked pork chops - so I make a point to stop here whenever I am in the area for work. #2 - It's a clean and bright operation with a window showing the work being done out back - so you know they have nothing to hide. #3 - their customer service is OUTSTANDING. Recently, I must've been in a hurry and left a bag behind. They tried to contact me through facebook after remembering my name from my work shirt. Once I arrived back at work and saw the message, I called them and they were as polite as could be. They ended up refunding the cost of the items that I left behind. I could not be happier with their honesty, customer service and the quality of their products. Definitely recommend.
Had my first steaks from our 1/4 of beef this past weekend, a pack marked sirloin. 4 steaks, perfect sized. Oil, salt, and pepper is all you need. You can't beat the flavor! Hamburger is great! The old fashioned jerky is awesome too! Great for hikes or fishing. The peppered is the best I've ever had! Highly Recommend!
I live 2 hours north of here and was passing through coming home from a job . I figured it would be nice to try a new meat market . I got the ribeye steaks and they were by far the best ribeye steak in have had in a long time . So tender and flavorful . I bought a few other items that I can’t wait to cook this weekend . I am seriously thinking about making a 2 hr drive anytime I want to fill my freezer . Very impressed !!
Recently stopped in for some bacon. The bacon was thick cut, the way I like it . Wow, it was some of the best that I have ever had. Guarantee that when I'm in the area again I will stock up. Thanks for doing such a great job.
Excellent butcher and meat locker. Processes whole, half, or quarter carcasses and also sells fresh meats daily from the counter. Been going to them for years now to get a quarter of beef processed and have never been disappointed.
Nice and clean local meat shop! We think their pork sausage is really something special! They also sell nice fillets of fish -- which are not otherwise always easy to find locally!
We love their dried beef get there once a year to pick it up.
We buy nearly all of our meat through Oak Meadows. It’s so fresh and good, the quality is obvious. Great clean storefront, smells good too. Wonderful customer service.
NO customer service skills AT all! Don't advertise custom butchering if you aren't a custom bitcher!!! He said; "We don't watch video's! Wouldn't watch a 12 minute video with the cuts I wanted much easier than me fumbling to try an explain them. Not A Friendly Guy.
