I reached out to North Wind Farms for a Christmas goose and was put on a wait list approximately a month out from Dec 25. I had little hope of finding a goose as I was searching around the Accord to Catskill area on the west side of the Hudson, because we're in Saugerties. I was, however, pleasantly surprised after a text/call from Russell at North Wind that my goose had been processed and was ready for pickup on Dec 6th . I made the drive over to Tivoli with my wife and we were happy to pick up an 8 lb bird along with a suckling pig for New Year's! Very friendly service and awesome communication, even better meats! Highly recommended!
Douglas & Betty has a store, where they sell products they grow on the farm plus partners' products!! Great place to buy EGGs, potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, garlic, cheese, maple syrup, honey, chickens & more!! Also they got some decor items: plates and more. P.s. the sales person Holly at the store is awesome!
Picked a few bone in ribeyes from here yesterday. Absolutely amazing flavor, tender and with plenty of eatable fat throughout. I only eat steak and eggs so this change of both flavor and tenderness was immediately recognized. Will be returning for sure!
My personal experience What I bought I didn’t receive.In addition,this farm would source animals from other outlets in the area and resold them at a higher price. Shoppers are encouraged to check with other smaller farms in the area for better deals. Mr Chris is not an honest Guy.
We have been buying meat from Northwind for a while and have switched buying directly in larger quantities. Whether buying individual cuts or quarters, their quality is top notch and service is fantastic. Buy from them and you will not regret it!
Awesome farm to table products found here. Such a variety and Amanda was extremely helpful suggesting products that she loves. My cold bag was full! I'll be back...again and again!!!!
Bought some of the best lamb I've ever had from them! So absolutely delicious and tender.
Their turkey is delicious and they're super friendly. Strongly recommend!
