I was surprised to find the lamb knuckles were double wrapped! Wonderful with some meat left on and just the right size for my two Cavaliers! They live them!
meat is awesome however they do not know how to package it to ship into a hot climate.

Northstar Bison is the best company selling quality animal food. The nutrient density, and the flavor are seconded to none. They’re regenerative farming practice is not only wonderful for the animals, but for our soils, our planet. Sticking true to natures intent is to live symbiotically. I can’t thank Northstar enough for their low histamine foods as I have severe histamine issues. They also have corn, and soy free pork, and chicken. Very hard to find. Northstar is very responsive, and helpful with any questions you have. Great customer service.
This is an excellent business! I have ordered several products from them and have been very happy with the quality. The shipping is fast and they pack everything up very nicely so frozen products stay frozen when they arrive. Check them out, you won't regret it!
We ordered their Bison sampler and it was amazing. Between the packaging and quality of meat, we can tell this ranch is a very good company. Highly recommend.
Another outstanding order of tri-tip and skirt steak. The tri-tip caramelizes perfectly on my grill and the skirt steak is delicious as carne asada or fajitas. I'll definitely be getting more once I finish this up!
I sought out a good source of bison meat when I found out that I'm allergic to beef. Northstar Bison did not disappoint, great service and delicious meat.
