Overall wonderful experience! I ordered a 1/4 beef back in August for the November drop-off date. I was contacted when the beef was weighed and an invoice was available for payment right away! The turnaround time at Jerome's Country Market was fast, even though it was the start of hunting season and they were insanely busy. We have only tapped into the ground beef so far and it is wonderful. We can't wait to dive into the rest and order another 1/4 next year!

Hands down the BEST beef you’ll ever taste. I can’t even go to a 4 or 5 star restaurant and order a steak and be satisfied anymore. Noggles is just plain better! I buy by the half or full beef and every cut is legit amazing.
