The process was easy and straightforward. The finished product was pressure sealed, labeled with cut and weight and was exactly what we ordered. Ordered 1/4 cow from Dayspring Farm this year and they did not disappoint! They made the process incredibly easy, communicated updates on progress and pickup, and were very organized. All cuts of beef were vacuum sealed and frozen (where some other farms only wrap their beef in paper) in manageable sizes. As for the taste and quality… I’m already looking forward to ordering again next year. Thank you Dayspring Farm!!!
