Purchased a full beef. Wanted to share the good and the bad. The good, the meat is so tender and fresh. We asked for 1.5 cut on steaks and they cook up amazing. I asked for primal ground for all the ground packets. Let me tell you it is amazing and packed full of flavor. A full beef is a bunch of meat. The fat percentage is low on the ground beef and perfect for the grill or inside. The brisket I had split and so far they have been the most delicious smoked brisket I've ever had. On to the bad. The only negative thing is I should have done it sooner. Lol. This beef has been the best in price, flavor, and quantity. Definitely worth a try. Also try the hot sausage, beef bacon, and the brats! This is the go to place for good tasting meats.
Great place to purchase meats to grill. I tried brisket burgers stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon. All were fabulous. They have great selections of tender steaks and all types of sausages also. Really a good place to purchase quality meats for cookouts.
Best steak place in Walker county we buy honey and pickles.If you want beef this is the place to go . I hope they will serve chicken maybe one day in the future that way I could just shop here and not go to Wynn Dixie
