Nature's Hand was also my first experience with grass fed beef and what a difference in flavor! I've been using them for over a year now and always receive excellent product and service. My family loves the meats and fresh eggs we get at the monthly Niceville Farmer's Market. It's true, knowing your farmer and how they prepare your food is key in anyone's journey to getting healthy. This is the worst beef we have ever purchased. The entire order is processed wrong. The steaks are not edible. We are feeding them to the dogs. I spoke with Carolyn. She did not offer to fix it. Several thousand dollars wasted. We purchased a whole cow. Your response is a complete lie. Perhaps if you used clear packaging your customers could see their products. I only made one purchase from you and it was a whole cow. It takes time to cook a whole cow. I believe you have us confused with another unhappy customer. You never replaced anything. Our order was forgotten and quickly thrown together with extra to make up because you new we had meat from 2 different cows. I should have known then that there would be problems. I never ask to buy from you again. Why would I. Who wants steaks sliced on the bias and ALL bones removed? I sent you photographic proof but, you didn’t care. I didn’t want “more” steaks from you. What we wanted was edible steaks. You should have offered to exchange the badly processed meat for correctly processed meat. This is called good customer service.
Nature's Hand was my first experience with grass-fed beef. I have purchased their ground beef a few times and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the beef tasted. I have also purchased their marrow bones to make bone broth. Next, I am going to try their steaks. I highly recommend them.
Phenomenal cattle farmer dedicated to caring and raising humane beef. Carolyn and her family put all of their time and effort into educating people what real beef tastes like. I am so impressed with her compassion towards cattle farming, because not many people care the way that she does. I will continue to praise and promote Nature’s Hand because it is exceptional and there is nothing else in the local area that compares.

We have been getting all of our meat and eggs at Natures Hand for about a year now and have had nothing but a great experience. All the food is delicious and local. Great option to shop local and get great grass fed free range humane raised animals.
Wonderful homemade broth made from Nature's Hand beef bones is delicious. ..enjoying it every day. Grass fed beef is the best and it's great to know where your beef is coming from. Thanks!
Just plain rude - I emailed very politely a simple question which I received a very rude reply…. Not a great first impression and will not be giving my business
