I have supported local farmers and belonged to CSA's for 40 years. I picked up my bulk order of chicken on Saturday to fill up my freezer for the winter. You can see and taste the thoughtfulness given to the land and the chicken as the quality and taste of this meat is incredible. I have volunteered at a local biodiversity farm in the past and it is truly a labor of love and devotion. The best part is the supplemental fed is ORGANIC! Lastly, even the packaging of this meat is done with care. Easy to stack in my freezer and most of it had not even been frozen yet...now that is fresh!
