I have used MV Custom for pigs, steers, lambs, and deer. They do an excellent job on everything I have sent them. There bacon, ham, and sausage is among the best I have eaten. Also, the make a summer sausage out of your venison that will simply blow you away! The only reason for 4/5 stars is I wish they would invest vacuum packing, it is far better for freezer life and if you are like me and keep a freezer full of meat it is much better. All in all I highly recommend these good folks. EDIT: They now offer plastic seal packaging, so I updated to 5/5 stars. Highly Recommend.
Excellent service I have tried other butchers in the past and would not return however, I have used Mt View Butcher frequently and have never been disappointed!! The seasoning for the sausage is spot on. They are polite and helpful and eager to please
I have used them for years. Always get them to smoked turkeys for the holidays, and done a couple of steers. They are always very helpful and the cost is very reasonable.
