Mountain Primal is a great locally owned meat company that produces very high quality products. I especially LOVE their new meat sticks. The taste and the snap is perfect. I'll have one of the BBQ or Spicy ones on any Colorado adventure or just for a snack at home.

Absolutely phenomenal product. I grilled 3 different cuts tonight and this was top notch stuff. Very easily among the best steak I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. Customer service was great as well. We were visiting Aspen, ordered online and they had it in the will call cooler at the ranch the next morning. I’ll order again next time in town.

The meat is top notch! All the selections of beef cuts are delicious and I also love the breakfast sausage. The hot dogs are a winner too! I live in Tennessee and my orders arrive pretty much still frozen. They are well packed and insulated. I'm a happy customer and will continue to order. Give them a try!

So far, we've only cooked up the ground elk and ground beef - but I can say it's excellent. When I was in high school, I worked in a meat market - and I can say with certainty Mountain Primal Meat Co. is the real deal that lives up to their claims and have an excellent product offering. And yes, it tastes great. The elk is, well, you have to know how elk tastes to understand, it's really good. ;)

I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Every single package of meat we’ve received from them has gotten here in a reasonable amount of time, been properly frozen, and tastes better than anything we’ve purchased from other places. I have to say that mine and my husband’s personal favorite would the bison filets (although I’m betting the bison ribeyes are just as tasty). They are unreal tender and the taste is perfection. We also have thoroughly enjoyed both the ground bison and the ground elk. Both are very lean and make the best tacos! Lastly, the bison summer sausage is a favorite in household. Our kids actually fight over it to take to school for their lunch. If you’re tired of the sh*t they try passing off as meat at large, corporate grocery chains and you also want to fuel your body with high quality protein, look no further than Mountain Primal Meat Co!!! Worth every penny. 👏🏻👍🏻

Proud to support a local Colorado business and the meat far exceeds my expectations. We have tried the pork chops, pork sausage, ribeyes and ground beef. I have traveled the country and tried beef in all of the regionally famous bbq and chop houses.... this meat is second to none! Submitted our second order and plan to make this a monthly order. The only downfall is the shipping cost...I would hope at least CO residents could get a price break. 🤗

Mountain Primal Co has some of the most tender, flavorful, and marbled meat I have ever tasted. Whether it is pork or beef my family and I have loved ever piece of meat that we receive and know that our meal will taste amazing. Keep up the good work! These guys are hard working cowboys who go above and beyond from taking care of their animals to customer service. The Highland beef is outstanding not to mention the pork products, and my personal favorite is the bacon! Store bought beef or bacon is no comparison, keep up the great work!

I ordered 8lbs of the ground beef, ground elk, and ground bison. They’re the highest quality meats I’ve had, and I shop around a lot locally looking for better quality meat. It was shipped quickly, frozen and packaged very well. Could t be happier with their service!

I cooked a couple of ribeyes up in the mountains in an iron skillet, on the campfire. Easily the best steaks I've ever had in my life. So much flavor. The customer service is top notch.

I recently purchased a bunch of meats from mountain primal. It shipped to my door in south Florida in 2 days and was still frozen. So far I have tried several different cuts and they are amazing. Better than anything I can find local. Highly recommend them. And will be ordering again very soon!!

Absolutely delicious beef and pork products. The ground beef made an amazing burger and I'm not normally a big burger fan. You just can't get this quality beef in the local stores. I grew up on a farm which raised beef cattle and know what produces a high quality peice of perfectly marbled meat and this ranch is doing it right. Will buy again.

I cannot believe the flavor, and tenderness of every steak I have tried, whether it is the ribeye, sirloin, filet.. They are absolutely the best tasting steaks I've ever eaten. I will say the same for the bacon. top notch. Keep up the good work.

I’ve searched around with different beef providers, I search the local markets for great tasting steaks. Even the Prime t bones from a local butcher can’t hold a candle to Mountain Primal! The flavor is the first thing you will notice, it will stop you in your tracks. Then as you keep going, your meal becomes a great experience! I have had the Porterhouse, Ribeye, Filets, ground beef, all on point!! I cooked for a friend recently (filet , Med rare), her words, “Oh my gosh, this is the best steak I’ve ever had!” What else can you say!!!

Absolutely unbelievable company and the people behind it or even better. It’s rare to find a business that has top quality product as well as excellent customer service. I have tried just about every meat company and many have been amazing but none come close to mountain primal. Unbelievable quality of meat. Could not recommend more!

The package was well wrapped for shipping and everything arrived as stated. Best experience I’ve ever had making purchases online. Between these fine folks and Bison Union, you cannot go wrong!! I will be ordering again real soon.

I have tried a good amount of their products and love it all. On my last order I had a shipping issue which was my fault for trying to ship to a PO BOX. I sent in an email late on a Friday night and actually got a call back that night and was able to pick up my box, great customer service!
