The customer service was excellent. She took the time to explain how everything works and the meat has been great quality.

It is a family run business. The grandfather that started it still raises the meat on his farm. I bought a boneless chuck roast, cooked it in the crockpot it turned out great!!! Will be going back for sure.

We took our steer there he was 1320 live weight and they said 810 pounds hanging weight we only got 405 back they said. We weighed it when we got home and it was less than that. This cow was not fat at all, it was on grass most of its life. Need less to say we were short meat. Do not take your stuff here you won’t get back what you took in. Shady place !

I really want to support local but they charged me more than on their pricing sheet hanging in the store. First time the guy said "that price is wrong", second time same guy must have weighed his thumb on the scale. My prepackaged 5lb purchase somehow weighed more than 5lbs. Either way I didn't catch it at the time. Fool me twice, shame on me, check receipts before you leave. Based on some of these other reviews I think they might have some questionable weighing standards

Excellent service! We ordered 1/2 beef, which was about a 3 month wait time. From start to finish, Joe was incredibly helpful. He showed me pictures of his cows, even invited me to go see them in person. He thoroughly explained the process, cuts of meat, timeline, and price range. He guided us through the selection process AND followed up afterwards to see if we were happy with our meat. I've already been referring friends and family- we will definitely buy here again!

Bought a quarter beef of 1,100+ pound steer yet only got 86.7 pounds of meat, mostly ground beef. Every time me or my daughter called they couldn't find paperwork. Now after all the hassle I seem to have been cheated out of nearly 100 pounds of my meat. I could have bought what I got from Kroger for less than half the price. I told the livestock farm to cancel my next order for December unless it went to another butcher. Over $700 for less than 87 pounds of beef with over 40 pounds being ground???? Seems like an employee filled their freezer on my bill!

I always like their ground beef and prices. Any time I need meat I usually go here for it since it's locally sourced and good quality with decent prices. I got two packs of smoked ham hocks for $7 today and they look awesome! Also the lady that always gets the meat and weighs them is super nice! If anyone is curious, their ground beef is not super fatty like 70/30. I am not sure what the percentage is but grease wise I don't get too much which is awesome. Plus the taste and texture beats the supermarket ground beef by a mile haha.

Locally sourced meat and friendly service!

Not impressed at all. First time and last time customer. Bought a prime rib for 4 for Christmas dinner. It was the toughest meat! We were so disappointed, not to mention it cost us $74! I would pay that for a prime piece of meat. This was awful!

Asked specifically what cuts we wanted, picked up meat, had to call twice because it was incorrect as to the ground beef. Made to feel like an idiot because we questioned. Why ask for the cuts if you aren't going to follow through and just give us what YOU wanted. We won't be back! Sure let me haul all the beef back at 4 months pregnant to have repackaged when we live 45 minutes away. How gracious of you to offer. Good grief. Back to Archers we go!

Amazing quality of meats, you will not be disappointed. Great customer service always going above and beyond to fill orders custom as you need or just regular standard cuts...They have helped me feed many many family and friend with BBQ and Smoked meats for yrs now in countless gatherings and events.

Kenny is one fine gentleman. Never met anyone nicer. I've been getting meat from him for over 30 years and it is the best you will get. Perfect cuts and quality of all the meats. Kenny your the man.

I just recently discovered Kenny's, and am extremely pleased! The service is awesome! The meat is a beautiful color without any dyes being added. I'll only buy my beef from them! I highly recommend visiting them!

Could not imagine a better butcher shop! Joe gave me his cell number and told me to call any time if I had questions about smoking my brisket. One of the best customer service experiences!
