Always 5 star experience. Wine selection, fresh vegetables, seasonings, and occasional samples. Customer service is great, very helpful and knowledgeable of the cuts. When I’m cooking a proper meal, I guarantee it comes from Moody’s.
Very clean with excellent selection of meats and some other nonperishable groceries. A little on the pricey side but worth the quality.
I made my first trip to Moody's a week ago, and I will be going back often. The Indiana raised NY strip and ribeye I purchased looked great and tasted even better. They also carry a small selection of beers from Three Floyds, along with their wines.
I recently purchased an eye of round steak. It was tender and juicy. Good quality!

Best butcher shop in Indy!! Ive been to others, and they simply don't compare. The Geist store is always so helpful, well put together, and stocked! This place is the ONLY place to get high quality foods/meats for every occasion. Moody's is the best.

Beautiful New York strips and Ribeyes
With this shop's location it's aiming for the higher income families. That shouldn't make it right to price gouge. A block of butter is 8 dollar and change, at target it's 3 dollars for the same product and amount. This store is nice inside but it's taking advantage of it's clients and community. Sadly this is what's wrong with our world. Greed. Clean, good products, needs work on customer service, price gouging.
We finally tried this place after living here over ten years and I wish we would have tried it sooner. The filets and strip steaks were amazing and the 75/25 burger grind was exceptional as well. We weren’t crazy about the crab dip but the chicken salad was incredible.
