Mohrhauser Farms

The 1/2 cow we got earlier this year was our first time ever doing this. Apparently, it was also our first time ever having REAL meat. Every single piece we eat is deliciously tender and flavorful. It really doesn't need seasoning. Mohrhauser Farms was easy to work with, and they were friendly and helpful. Wahoo locker was also great to work with. We couldn't be any happier about this whole experience and will definitely be back for more.

Absolutely the best. I love that there's no pesticides or unwanted substances in the meat. They know exactly what they're doing. I am sure part of the reason their meat tastes so good is because they feed and treat their animals right. I was shocked to learn about some of the differences between how Mohrhauser Farms takes care of their meat, as compared to the stuff you buy in the grocery store. I'd recommend this to anyone! Update: I am NEVER going to be able to buy store bought bacon again. Their bacon is SOOO GOOOOD!!!!

I used to think every "all natural" label I saw was just another gimmick to increase profits. While there are still far too many misleading food labels out there I know first hand this is not one of them. Mohrhauser Farms takes great pride in their product knowing they are providing good quality meats without any steroids or hormones. There is a big difference in taste and texture of this meat over what you normally get off the store shelf. My only problem is keeping the bacon hidden from my fiancé long enough to enjoy it myself.

Literally the best meat in the world. I’ve been buying various cuts of meat from them for years now and finally decided to take this relationship to the next level. Just bought a big freezer and I now plan on buying a full pig and part of a cow every year. Pig arrived last week and just ordered the cow. There is no better meat you can buy!

I picked up our 1/4 cow from the Wahoo locker last week. It was a gift to my son & his family of 5. I was just a little worried as they are CA transplants and have never had REAL beef before. Other than possibly a really nice restaurant meal. Particularly concerned for the kids as they are all under 10yrs and certainly have never had REAL meat :-) My son called me that very evening after grilling steaks for the family for dinner. "UNBELIEVABLE!" was his first word. Then came: "This is the best steak I have ever had, the best steak the kids have ever had, every one of them had not only 2nd's but 3rd's." Honestly, that brought tears to my eyes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! We are already planning our cuts for next time.

The BEST! In the process of placing our third order with Alisa & Nate for a quarter beef. Easy to do and such DELICIOUS beef - we’ve turned two family friends on to Mohrhauser Farms and spreading the word!

Absolutely the best meat we’ve ever grilled!!! We got T-Bones and bone in Ribeyes and they were flavorful and juicy!!! Highly recommend!!
