By far, absolutely best sausage I’ve tasted in a long time. I had a craving for some Knackwurst, and they didn’t fail me! I’m used to good German wurst, and Meridian Meat & Sausage ranks among the finest. I’m looking forward to tasting their Bratwurst next.
These guys are awesome! Super friendly and gave me a free bag of pepperoni on top of a very fair tip for delivering their food from Caldwell. I haven’t even been inside yet but definitely will be shopping there soon just based on on quality of people they are. I’ve never been a pepperoni guy, but I can’t stop eating the stuff they gave me, I never knew that stuff could be this good. Thanks again guys, see ya soon.
My favorite place to get sausage!! One best bratwurst that I have ever eaten(I'm German decent and I've eaten many) The cooked bratwurst(that's what they call them) are my favorite. There's several different types of sausages. They have amazing smoked pork belly too😋 …
This place is ran by the greatest and honest people you could ever meet , they have the best pepperoni made in Idaho and their meats and sausages are so amazing everytime , never got anything bad here .......FYI try out their Huckleberry habenero sausages they are amazing ....
A friend told me of this store so went and bought some basque chorizo, smoked sausage and kielbasa. Prices were reasonable and Al was friendly. Just fried the chorizo with onions, leeks, garlic and red bell pepper. It tastes similar to Argentinian chorizo. Very good.
My friend has always brought me pepperoni when he returns from Boise. Today I got to go to Meridian Meat & Sausage and get some that was just made! The guys who work there are so friendly and they have lots of great options of meats and sausages. I can’t recommend the pepperoni enough! It’s just delicious!
