Great experience buying a whole cow share from. Kind, knowledgable and very helpful people! I wasn't sure how to fill out the cut sheet and Joann called me and walked me though the whole process. She even gave some great cooking/preparing advice. Quickly responded to all emails! The processor they used was great too, everything was nicely vacuumed sealed and instructions were followed 100% from the cut sheet. Highly recommend.
