I recently received an invitation to a barbecue featuring delicious burgers made from high-quality from meat n bones. Intrigued, I decided to visit the store to place an order for myself. Valeria, who attended to me, was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. She displayed great patience and offered excellent suggestions regarding my order. I opted for a small initial order to sample the offerings. The store itself was clean and well-organized, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place if you're in search of premium meats and fish. I particularly appreciated that the products are vacuum-sealed, ensuring that each portion is precisely measured and protected, preserving the flavor and freshness of the meats. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment.

I have been a loyal customer of Meat & Bone for some time, and I would like to share my recent experiences, which have unfortunately led to my decision to discontinue my patronage. Over the past few orders, I encountered some issues with shipment delays due to items being out of stock, despite their availability being confirmed on the website. When I reached out for clarification, I waited nearly two weeks without any response. Eventually, I was informed that the item was no longer available, leading me to believe my order was overlooked. I addressed this with customer service, expressing that better communication would have been appreciated—such as informing me of the stock issue so I could decide whether to wait or drop the item. Regrettably, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and there was little effort to rectify the situation. Most recently, I placed an order for nine different cuts of steak. Upon arrival, I found that all but three of the cuts were unsealed and leaking blood in the cooler, with the meat being nearly at room temperature. Additionally, only one bag of ice was provided, which seemed insufficient. It appears that cost-cutting measures may have impacted the quality of packaging, as I have previously received more ice bags. Furthermore, one of the cuts, the Teres Major, was underweight. These issues were disappointing and concerning. I contacted customer service to address these problems, providing photographic evidence. Their responses claimed that everything was in good condition, which I believe was inaccurate. I also attempted to communicate via text to resolve the matter directly, but after mentioning that I would prefer to resolve this without disputing the charge, I was met with persistent debate from Gabriel, who appeared unwilling to address my concerns. Ultimately, I filed a dispute with my credit card provider, which resulted now in Meat N’ Bone losing a loyal customer. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend this company to others, as I feel my concerns were not adequately addressed and the quality of service has declined.

Ordered the beef Wagyu belly and cured it for two weeks, smoked for seven hours and mellowed it for a week. After posting pics, I sold out of all of the final beef bacon product in 24 hours. Absolutely amazing and succulent!

Living in Michigan, we have very limited options for sushi in our area so we decided to do our own sushi night at home. We were blown away by the quality of our sashimi from Meat N Bone! Sushi night was a huge success and we cooked up the leftover sashimi the next day for another delicious meal. Thank you for the amazing quality fish and excellent customer service. We will definitely order from Meat N Bone again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got a wagyu ribeye for around $80 as the steak I wanted was frozen. The lady was really nice and bagged it up in ice pack for me so that it wouldn’t get damaged in the trip home. The steak was excellent.

We ordered the ostrich steaks, we had them delivered they came sealed in an ice chest, which stayed cold even though they sat outside in the heat for a few hours before we got home. The steaks were excellent quality, and very tasty. I will definitely purchase here again. Thank you

Their bone marrow canoes are better than any I’ve had in a restaurant. Burgers in my opinion were a little thin but very tasty.

7 10-13 pound USDA PRIME prime rib boneless roasts for wedding. 85 of 130 rsvp'd beef over chicken. Most of the 130 did get prime rib. It was excellent, extremely tender and juicy. Everybody raved about how great it was. Highly recommend it!!! Good with .5 to .75 lb per person. .5 is good unless lots of big eaters or playing it extra safe with .75.

I recently ordered New York steaks and ribs from Meat N Bone, and I was blown away by the quality! The products arrived frozen within a couple of days, and upon cooking, they were incredibly tender and full of flavor. The aroma was amazing and had our stomachs growling in anticipation. I'm definitely making Meat N Bone my go-to meat store!

I ordered two briskets, so easy to trim which I cooked and rendered into a beautiful tallow. Cut both flats prepped them all, I only smoke with pecan wood. They smoked for 7hrs got wrapped and cooked for another two hrs. They turned out great.

Ordered the ribs from the kitchen & my boyfriend & I got food poisoning. We’ve been sick to our stomach for 2 days now. These ribs were raw & way too overpriced. Not enough barbecue sauce & clearly not cooked long enough. These were rushed. Our friends have also gotten a stomach ache from these ribs. Clearly it’s an ongoing issue.
