Great place to buy 1/2 beef. We like that it is local New Mexican grass fed beef. Marcos was also quick to respond. Great flavor cut and packaged as you want. It takes about 16 days to process (cut and package) as it is aged for 2 weeks to enhance flavor. We have brought from Mas Cattle 3 times and plan on buying more in the future. We like knowing were our beef comes from!
First time buying from MAS cattle company. A great experience from start to finish. Made a steak the moment we got home with the meat and it was AMAZING. Can't beat the price for great quality meat. I'm already looking forward to getting more.
This is my 5th year! I always get what he says I will and he organizes the butcher and he is amazing to work with. I will continue to order my beef from Marcos for the foreseeable future. I would happily recommend using him! I am picking up my beef in a couple hours. Will post pics!

Great prices, good guy makes every step of the process easy works with people. He takes care of the delivery (extremely helpful) just a great company and you will never buy store meat again after dealing with MAS Cattle
Ordered a half cow and i have to say it was well worth it. You cant beat the quality and taste. I will defiantly be ordering again once this meat runs out.
