I buy all my meats there. Major difference in the taste compared to the store bought. I will NEVER buy meat from the store again except for chicken only because they don't sell it. You definitely need to go there and buy your meat.

Fresh, local meats. A+ customer service. And they stock the "bits and bobbles" (offal) if you eat nose to tail. I can't recommend them enough.

Their fresh and smoked sausage is fantastic. Great for breakfast, sauces, gravy’s, gumbos, jambalaya, breads and the pit. You can’t beat the price either.

Been buying from here for 40+ years always been friendly employees. Most of all the fresh meat is fantastic.

Went in to buy meat obviously, I asked for 5lbs of ox tails, 4lbs beef short ribs,4lbs of ground Chuck and pork ribs slab. Turned around to continue having my conversation as we moved to the side a couple other ppl began to order. The lady gathering our order got my attention once she was complete asked me if I needed anything else. I told her no, she gathered the bag and brought it to the place where she rang us up. Once we got home to save the meat, I realize she had given me 5lbs of tripe so I called to see what could be done, the lady over the phone was RUDE and short telling me the price difference. I didn’t ask for a price difference, I don’t mind paying for what I purchase! She then goes on to tell me that the person showed me my meat as she put in the bag. No ma’am she didn’t bc we stood aside as they waited on other customers. Yes I should have checked behind her apparently after she placed everything I asked for. But I’m certain a little courtesy goes a long way, even if there’s no way you could take it back since it left the store. But I promise you, you lose customers with bad customer service. I’ll gladly shop elsewhere.

Fresh meats and good prices.

We order a half or quarter of a cow at a time over the phone. They wrap it based on how many people we are feeding and label the packages. We can usually pick it up within 24 hours. Great service and prices. They always serve our family well.

This place is near and dear to me, I've been going here since I was a little girl. It's the freshest meat you can buy. This is a way better option than Walmart. You can watch the meat walk up into the slaughter house It's that fresh.

Clean, courteous, quality. They deliver what they tell you, no ifs, ands, or buts. Tell them the way you want your order processed or prepared, and bingo, it's a done deal. Oh, I forgot, more than fair pricing. This is my butcher of choice and I live over 65 miles away.

I have been buying sirloin steaks for a long time. It’s been a while that I have been there. I recently asked for a top sirloin steak. I had to go to my truck for something so did not examine the steak that was cut for me, but I have purchased this many times in the past and trusted I was getting quality beef. To my surprise and disappointment. This steak looked like the trash in of the meat. There was just as much gristle as there was meat. Now I was so disappointed. I didn’t cook it until I was really hungry. And I was not surprised as it was awful. Half of my plate with gristle. I will definitely reconsider going back. Or I will never buy from them unless I SEE what I am getting. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Called to order meat before I drive 1hr and a half to get me they told me it would be ready by 3 pm get there to pick up meat then they tell me they were out of fresh sausage... She should have know they were out r almost out when I called... Guess I will be finding somewhere else to buy my meat from now on
