Market of Choice Corvallis

Overall, I like the store and it's delicious, but the customer service this evening was lacking. The online hours say the store is open until 10. I call about 7 pm to order a pizza, am on hold for a minute or two and transferred to the pizza kitchen. They pick up at 7:02 to inform me that they stop taking orders at 7pm. I worked in kitchens for a decade, I get last minute orders, but to be 2 minutes late when there is no such time stated anywhere I could find on their website is frustrating. Please be more clear.

The selection at Market of Choice is wonderful - from shelf-stable products to cheese and wine, sweet treats, and hot food. Their pizza bar is EPIC with amazing flavors and perfect crust - great place to stop for lunch in Corvallis! They have outside patio seating and some amazing weekend regulars with super sweet dogs who I love running into. The whole market is friendly, clean, and very helpful. If you love trying new things, are looking for vegan or alternative options, definitely add this store to your list. My current favorite thing from Market of Choice is the Rana brand mushroom ravioli - it's located kind of near the produce area. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else and I'm literally obsessed - it's phenomenal! Also appreciate their abundant selection of alternative milks and yogurts. Cultured coconut yogurt has absolutely changed my life. Thanks for the great experiences Market of Choice!

We have become Supper Club regulars and while I find that the food is cooked perfectly, the entrees can be bland. Tonight I had the Sicilian pesto with chicken and the chicken came out perfectly cooked but the pesto was really flavorless as it was the last time I ordered it. My wife had the salmon which she said was also perfectly cooked but the rice needed salt because it was bland. The bbq ribs and baked beans where execellent as was the spicy mac and cheese. Hit and miss withthe seasoning is what we're tryng to say.

Love this store and have shopped here for years. My only complaint is that the produce department is beginning to smell like sewer gas. I suspect something is going on with the drains lines in that area that would give off that odor. It’s tolerable, but definitely unpleasant. Hope they fix it soon.

Got my wedding Bouquet and matching boutonnière customized at their florist department for $30 & $15 respectively!! On the spot btw. Janelle did an amazing job. Such attention to detail and technique. Thank you!!

I got married yesterday sept 27th 2025 and my Husband and I chose market of choice to make our wedding cake and they did not disappoint!! Everything was beautifully done and better than I imagined and all my guests loved it as well! Thank you so much to the bakers and decorators !! I wish I could add pictures but I’m not getting an option to.

The service was ok... It was my first time even going there so i was in absolute wonder by the clean and classy environment this store exudes. Stopped by the deli and got some hot soup to go and totally LOVED THE BULK SECTION. I thought winco was the only store that sold bulk items... Will definately be going back soon.

Considering the abundance of options available can sometimes feel overwhelming, can't it? It's understandable to pause and reflect when faced with such variety. It's wonderful, though, that there are so many possibilities to explore and consider. This situation presents a chance to carefully evaluate what truly resonates with you. Take your time to thoroughly assess each option, focusing on what matters most. Remember that there's no pressure to make a quick decision; the right choice will become clear. Ultimately, the freedom to choose is a privilege and an exciting aspect of life.

This market is wonderful for special items not found anywhere else--especially vegan products, and for that the market deserves a 5-star. However, most prices are so ridiculously high, that regular grocery shopping is a real luxury. I made the mistake to buy everything there once and my food bill skyrocketed! Hence the 3-star rating.
