My family, and anyone ever talk to will never go back there again because of the arrogant little jerk behind the counter!

Google

Very helpful. Pre-order they will have everything ready for you perfectly cut. Large orders they even help me to the car with!

Moved to the area last year and have been going there. Just bought the signature burgers over the weekend and they are the best. I recommend you try them if you haven't yet.

I ordered some of the 6 oz filet mignons and it was the best steak I've ever eaten. Far better than a restaurant or shop n stop steak.

Last time I was here as in the 1980's with my father. Haven't been here in 30+ years. Just went in tonight again, and I have to say nothing has changed, and that is a welcoming sign for me. Great friendly family based service, reasonable prices, and fresh quality cuts of meat. You don't get that at your big box places like stop and shop etc. Thanks guys, you are my new-old butcher again.

This place is the best and they have the best bang for the buck here! Super friendly staff! Fast and easy! A+++++

Google

Place is bright, staff is engaging and nice....however they do not carry a lot of Italian food you think they would have, like semolina bread. Biggest problem is thin cutlets are NOT thin. I got 13 cutlets buying 4 lbs. Also, the meat MUST be cooked same day chopmeat went bad in two days and so did the sausage. We won't be spending our money there in the near future.

Starting going here when we moved to Centereach many years ago when the Father owned the store. His son John had taken over years ago and you will receive the same excellent service. A small line on Saturdays simply shows how much customers love coming to Marino and son. You are never going to get the service at any large box store that you do at Marinos. Shop here once and you will never buy your meats anywhere else. Excellent butcher shop!

I arrived right at 5pm and they were kind enough to allow me to come in and buy a lovely piece of ribeye steak. I made a delicious bulgogi dinner with it, thank you! Meat was fresh and delicious.

Google

There friendly, service when I went was very good. They gave me these cool little wooden coins called butcher bucks that are used like money for store credit. All in all, I go there every week or every other week have really zero complaints

Google

Not bad. Got a bunch of stuff cheaper than going to bjs. The marinated ribeye was really really good. And they helped me figure out what I needed as I had never gone to a butcher before. I got so much meat I recommend getting a FoodSaver thing to vacuum pack the extra meat or to portion it for yourself for the freezer to keep the meats from going bad and to prevent freezer burn (as with any meat).

I have been here twice, not many butchers on Long island. The first time I ordered veal, beef & pork mix to make meatballs. Had no idea it was pre-made as they did not ask me if I wanted that or separate. I got home and it was mostly beef. not the 1/3 of each I requested. I was told I should have asked for it separate when I said something the next time I went back. I also purchased baraciole which the wife made for me was so small half the size of a sausage link again I didn't check until I got home. I didn't have enough. Lastly, the worst part is the annoyed look and eye roll you get when you ask for something to be packed a certain way. Asking for chicken cutlet's to be pounded and put in wax paper should not be a big deal. If I wanted them thick like the way they are sold in the supermarket, I would go to the super market. I really think the good reviews are either old or Due to the lack of butchers in the area people don't know what "service" they would get. For the money they charge and lack of personal service it's not worth it. Guinta meat farms is on the same level and you get service with a smile

Their meats are excellent. Delicious chicken burgers and meatloaf! The staff is extremely friendly. I travel from Shirley just to buy my meats there. I highly recommend this place!!

Google

I wish I could tell you how this place is. I have been here numerous amount of times and every single time it is closed. Poor customer service and I've never even been in there. No hours posted on the front of the store. I will just keep going down the block to the pork store. They are awesome.
