Local gem alert! We saw Maranatha’s advertisements and knew we had to stop by, and I am so glad we did. The farm store is conveniently located - simply enter the property and follow the signs around the pond to the left. You’ll find funny farm-related parking signs and the beautiful store building. Inside, we were pleasantly greeted by two of the family-owner-operators who gave us the overview and answered some questions. There are great products (meats, candles, spices, etc) sold for good prices. We bought a large pack of boneless chicken thighs and three beef sticks. Most if not all of the raw meat products are frozen, so plan ahead! We will be back.

This is by far the best quality meat I've ever had! I drive from Richmond to this farm because of how good their product is. We forget how good quality food once was because it's so hard to come by these days. I thank God for allowing Marantha Farms to serve others! And I pray God continues to Bless you all!

I chose to pick up my order at the Forest Farmers Mkt and was crazy! Now that you have your own store I won't have to go through that again. Was too many folks and not enough parking places. The service was exceptional and easy. The product was awesome!. Tender and delicious meat! Plan on being a regular customer.

Delicious meat and such a nice little farm store!! We got some shoulder bacon and made the best BLTs with it among other things. Love being able to see where my meat was raised as well. I have wanted this kind of thing in Lynchburg for so long, thanks for doing it, Maranatha Farms!

A little expensive but worth it. Nice fresh clean meats, friendly owners, clearly marked categories for easy shopping and fun seasonings, natural candles, lotions & lip balms for self or gifts. Check them out! ☺️

Turkey was amazing. Far superior to store bought. American wagyu is fantastic quality and cuts. Price far below my local butcher. Bacon and sausage are next level. Pork is the best I’ve ever had. Highest recommendation!

Incredible people, with an incredible mission, & excellent meat, etc. in their little farm store. We will be customers as long as we live in Lynchburg!

I picked up my order for chicken right at the Farm. I was meet by the friendly family and enjoyed talking to them about there land and animals. The chicken was great, so I went to the market in Forest on Saturday and bought more to put in my freezer. A great experience, this is how I’ll buy my meat from now on.

Maranatha Farms has wonderful products at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their products. The chicken wings, and bones for stock are better than most!

I have now ordered a few times from Marantha Farms and we have really enjoyed their products. Chicken breasts were most and tender, will definitely keep ordering from them.

This was the first time we have tried Maranatha Farms. I ordered online and drove to pick up my crockpot bundle. Very easy and everyone was so nice! So far we have cooked the roast for company and burgers twice for us. So delicious! We will be ordering more!

We have enjoyed the chicken thighs and have not yet eaten the chicken breast. We liked the spicing on the brats, but thought that the skin was tough. We found the morning sausage to have a flavor that we are not used to- maybe different spicings, so we are not sure if we'll order it again. We have only had for one breakfast, so we are planning on trying it another time.

I went to this big beautiful farm to pick up my online order. The owner was friendly and gracious, even showed me around. We talked about the chickens, pigs, cows.. all their livestock. The quality of their meat is outstanding. Order from them....you will not be disappointed.

Amazing, regenerative farm with grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic free meat and eggs that delivers straight to your door! Everything we have ordered from Maranatha Farms has been of the highest quality and the owners are incredibly kind. We highly recommend this farm!

We bought a few summer sausages for family for Christmas, and they were a hit! Awesome communication with the farm. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Thank you so much for all the healthy amazing food you provide for my family. So blessed to have local farm that raises animals without poisons provide meats and eggs. So far I have ordered chicken, pork, lamb, beef and now I am looking forward to the Thanksgiving Turkey! Of course we love the fresh eggs every week. Thank you also for delivering timely every week. Just finished up charcoal grilling a couple of ribeye steaks and chicken we picked up from this wonderful family at the Forest farmers market. It was worth every penny! Thanks for producing such fine products!

My family loves Maranatha Farms in Forest VA. They have such high quality meat. They are really accommodating with their delivery options. We went on a tour which was so fun to see everything they are doing with regenerative farming. The family running the operation are so friendly and kind. We are HUGE fans. I highly recommend them.
