Stopped by maple ridge Bison farm , he was a there , don’t know about the review stating he was not there , must call to get him to come for sales of Bison , Elk or fresh eggs , Very nice man , takes pride of his very large bison herd free roaming on close to 400 acres , Bison and Elk are expensive cuts of meat but will say you will definitely notice the difference in taste and the quality of the very low fat content of these animals ..
My daughter can no longer eat beef steak and beef burger due to allergies. We contacted Jeff and explained what was going on. We tried Grass fed Bison burger and steaks from Jeff and she had no reaction to it. We now love Bison meat. She loves eating hamburger and steak again. Thanks Jeff. Bob, Bridget and Madison 02/07/24
