I bought an entire cow here and wow, the meat here tastes completely different than what you would get even at the best butcher. Highly recommend! I’ve also been to the farm and it’s such a lovely place. The cows are treated really well and the family is amazing.

An absolutely wonderful experience! My wife and I had never bought a side of beef before so we did some research and decided on Maine Organic Beef Company. We are so glad we did. Sonya was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and even aided us with what cuts we should get based on our needs. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. The packaging and labelling was perfect. We will definitely be doing this again.

One doesn’t need a recipe for crafting a meal when a protein is as special as the meat provided by these wonderful people. Incredible depth of flavor, succulent and complex with nourishment transferred into one’s being with each bite. Simple burgers, bubbling braises, Sunday meatballs, blissful Barbacoa, Bulgogi with blistering spice- all have been memorable moments when bounding with this bounty of well-cared for and honestly raised beef. We feel thankful to all the efforts and the husbandry offered to the lives of the animals; one can really tell this is something quite special….
The hamburger I sautéed today was the best ever! So flavorful, tender and not fatty at all! I can taste the health-giving energy it gives me.
Love having MOB Co. stocked up in my freezer! I have made burgers, meatballs, tacos, etc. and it's always delicious!
