I had their steaks . without any tenderizer they're like fork tender. Hamburger's wonderful with very little fat.
Great processing plant. Packaging and curing was excellent. Some of the best tasting meat my family and I have ever had. We've tried the smoked pork and it is delicious. We also enjoy the sauces and seasonings sold there. All natural, no harmful ingredients in anything adds to the taste.
Very impressive, clean, organized, very well kept and setup. Just a wonderful old farm style processing plant supplying excellent grass fed beef and pork meats. We're so glad to find such a quality in meats in our new home town.

I don't do many reviews but I have to on this buiness, I had a 1/4 beef cut and vacuum packed the 1/4 beef weighted 125 lbs well I was told they could blast freeze meat that didn't happen meat was not frozen when pick up and out of 125 of meat and bone I received 78 lbs ? 47 pound's went some where ? They are something not right about this u can figure it out for your self I would never use this buiness again ???.
