This farm visit made my Connecticut trip complete! We happened to be in the area, searched on Google and stumbled upon the Lost Ruby Farm. Adair, the farm owner, was so kind and friendly, and she took us (and Kiwi the farm dog) on a wonderful tour. We visited the goats, turkeys and chicken. We also learned how the milking station (that Antonio built himself) work. It was such a lovely visit and I hope to visit the farmer’s markets and get cheese and eggs sometime very soon!
Exceptional goat cheese probably the best I have had sincerely in my lifetime and I am a goat cheese affixionado since a young young age. Absolutely adorable delivery system at the farm owners are congenial, the flavors are extraordinary I would tell you my favorite but I'm afraid to because then it will never be available so you're just going to have to try them and figure out which one is your favorite. They also go to farmers markets and local fairs so if you see their logo honestly you must try it.
All the flavors! Since being introduced I am obsessed with this place!! I incorporate it into everything I can. Love that it comes frozen so I can stock up and use at my convenience. A true culinary gem!!!
