Long Stone Farm

We held our wedding dinner at Long Stone Farm, and it was truly everything we dreamed of and more. The setting is beautiful and authentic — a working farm with a gorgeous barn that feels both rustic and welcoming. Casey and Justin went above and beyond to create a magical experience for our family and friends. From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted with house-made wine and cider and locally sourced hors d'oeuvres from Between the Hills. As a special touch, our guests were transported from our home across the road by hay wagons, which made it feel even more personal and unique. One thoughtful detail that meant a lot to us: before the event, Casey invited my fiancé and me to do a wine tasting at their winery. We had the chance to sample and select our favorite local wines and ciders to serve at the dinner, making the evening feel even more curated and special. Dinner was styled after Long Stone’s farm dinners, with each course thoughtfully introduced by the chef, sharing the story of the ingredients sourced from Northern Virginia. Our guests loved learning about the farm and felt comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for the entire evening. Long Stone Farm is a place where hospitality, community, and local food come together beautifully. It was the wedding dinner of my dreams — warm, down-to-earth, and unforgettable. I can’t recommend them highly enough

We stopped by to get some meat and eggs. It's a self service store. You pick what you want, calculate the price, write a receipt and put money in the box. You won't see anyone at the shop. There are many refrigerators storing different types of products, beef, pork, chicken, eggs, etc. we love their ducks eggs. We got there in the afternoon. I feel like if we came in the morning, there would be more products to choose from.

Excellent products... great farm vibe... make sure to stop by if you are visiting the area.

Visited here in January 21. The Fennel salami was amazing. I really want to try all the other kinds now. They accept PayPal which is convenient. They have a great selection and you really can't get more local than a farm store... ON a FARM!!

Family owned and operated sustainable farm. They do a monthly dinner and farm tour that is part wired with locally wineries. The food for the dinner was excellent. Please support this local family. They work very hard and the proof is in the product.
