Smaller shop than I anticipated, but they have what you need. And I assume if they don't, they can get it on special request. I got a couple racks of beef plate ribs. Pretty much the only place I can find em. Threw em on the smoker. Cane out fantastic. Looking forward to more smokes in the future.

I'm like a kid in a candy store when I go here. The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to get you what you need. Even around closing time, they make sure everyone is served. Fantastic quality and selection of meats. One of my most favorite places in Livermore.

I can’t say enough good things about Livermore Butcher! It was my first time walking in, just 20 minutes before closing, looking for two of their best steaks for a date night with my fiancé, and they went *above and beyond*. The whole team made it an unforgettable experience—Anthony expertly cut the heart-shaped steak and was extremely kind throughout, while Andrew recommended the perfect Zinfandel to pair with it and shared some laughs with me along the way. Aura was there too, radiating positive vibes and making the whole experience even better. But they didn’t stop there—Paris added a baked potato, macarons, and gift-wrapped everything in a beautifully hand decorated to-go box complete with hearts! The level of customer service and the family-like feel were absolutely top-notch. For a first-time visit, I felt like I’d been a regular for years. I’m so proud to call Livermore Butcher our neighborhood spot. They’re truly one of a kind!

Looks like a family owned business with friendly staff. They sell different types of meat, some seasoned which I love. Google directed me there for some turkey wings. The daughter causally asked what I wanted, and they had it, which really excited me. The owner didn't hesitate to direct me to another store when I asked if they had baby goat ribs. The protein was fresh. It's a store I will visit again.

Awesome locally owned butcher shop located in Downtown Livermore. They have a great selection of meat, and they also make sandwiches to-go. They are a bit pricey, but the price is worth it when you see the quality of the meat. It's nice to have a butcher shop in town again.

If you want fresh lamb, call on Thursday to reserve. Frozen lamb available other days. Small, clean and efficient butcher shop selling excellent cuts of meat, artisan sausage and deli items (cheese.) Ample parking in the back of the shop.

Always appreciate the quality of their meats. They have a large variety as well. Easy parking and always a friendly face to help you. They also give you suggestions about cooking and seasoning and answer questions that you might have. Started using a digital thermostat based on their suggestion. Best thing I ever did!

I've been wanting to try this place since they opened. I finally went by on a Saturday afternoon at 3:15. And they were closed. Went by again today (Tuesday) at around noon, and they were closed again. I probably won't give it another try.

We're here several times per week and love the family who runs this staple. Amazing sandwiches and steaks and chicken and sausages! Always worth your time!
