Live Oak Canyon Farm is a seasonal pumpkin patch that offers a variety of attractions including rides, a petting zoo, and food options. The farm focuses on providing a family-friendly experience with activities for children and adults alike, making it a popular destination for fall festivities. Visitors can also purchase pumpkins and unique items from the gift shop.
The atmosphere is top-notch, the rides are thrilling, and the food is delicious. However, the high prices keep it from being a perfect 5-star outing. The rides at this pumpkin patch are a major highlight. My grand kids couldn't get enough of them. The staff operating the rides are also friendly and efficient, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Equally impressive is the food. Unlike many seasonal attractions, the food here isn't just an afterthought—it's a destination in itself. We feasted on delicious cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, a brick of curly fries and the best lemonade ever. Everything was fresh and expertly prepared, and it truly elevated our visit. My primary concern, and the reason for the 4-star rating, is the cost. While the rides and food are excellent, the prices feel a bit excessive. By the time you purchase admission, separate tickets for rides, and several food items, a day here becomes a significant investment. The value is there in the quality of the experience, but the price tag is something visitors should be prepared for. Despite the high cost, we still had a wonderful time. The rides and food make this more than just a place to pick pumpkins; it's a full-fledged seasonal festival. The memories we made are priceless, but our wallets certainly felt the sting. If you're willing to splurge for a top-tier fall experience, you will not be disappointed. If you're on a tighter budget, be prepared to be selective about what you buy.
Great pumpkin patch! Free and convenient parking. Entrance and food prices are usual fair event prices. Sunday around 11 am was not too crowded, no long lines for food or bar. Open air bar is family friendly and had football games going. So many things to do and a lot of beautiful photo opportunities. It’s a beautiful farm and we loved it🧡
First time ever attending during pumpkin season and we LOVED it. The entire family had so much fun and definitely will be returning. Staff was friendly, helpful and just all around amazing. The farm is beautiful!
Prices for parking are $20 and $25 per person if you show up late. Worst experience for the fall pumpkin patch holiday. Not to mention some of the employees where rude to newcomers like myself, when it comes to asking is which way is the entryway.
This little pumpkin farm is a fun and happy destination for children or the kid in YOU. There’s a train, carnival rides, games, a petting zoo, farmyard decor, and of course you can buy pumpkins and gourds. The gift shop is very cool, and has a lot of unique items. I would argue they have one of the most BEAUTIFUL collections of native flowers in Southern California. Their, ‘look - don’t touch’ policy keeps the gardens vibrant and ALIVE with bees, hummingbirds, sparrows, and a wide variety of pollinating insects and butterflies. A walk through the gardens puts you in another world entirely. The employees are friendly and professional. We go every year, but 2025 is by far their best showing yet!
Huge place with many times to do with the family. Great for kids became here during the afternoon with family and we had a great time. Mix of paid and free attractions once you pay admission. Definitely worth it. Great time here.
We love visiting Live Oak Canyon and it has been a family tradition for us to visit yearly. This is Socals biggest pumpkin patch and you could literally spend all day here and enjoy everything. From the petting zoo to the rides and more. They have pumpkins of all sizes you are sure to find the perfect one.
The pumpkin patch is a great experience . Just be prepared to pay for any of the attractions separately, such as the maze , camel experience , rides , petting zoo, and so on Great decoration and ambient for good pictures and memories.
First time in a pumpkin patch and having the worst probably. Everything is so overpriced... $25 to get in, $40 for a pizza, $16 for a agua fresca, $4 for a bottle of water, $15 for a 3 minute camel ride, $6-$10 each activity (not even 1 is free)... oh and $20 for parking if you want to park by the entrance. It was so packed at the point where you have to do lines for just a picture... DON'T TRUST TIK TOK TRENDING PLACES.
Beware tickets for rides and games and not cheap plus parking, food & drinks are also high priced. Bathrooms not clean regularly bring your own wipes/toilet paper/seat covers. They do have stations to wash hands but bring hand sanitizer just in case. We seen some young folks trying to go through people strollers to steal tickets and other things from people. Also some young folks will be waiting in line then make you wait longer because thier friends come in to cut in line to be a bigger group and make ride line longer and no staff says anything. You can save some money if your able to come Monday thru Friday for admission but not much, carnival rides but they charge like they have knotts rides, and they have a petting zoo and carnival style food which is fine along with carnival food prices
