Very friendly staff. They helped me select a good deworming medication for the shelter dog I was fostering. The medication worked well!
Local store. Always friendly and willing to fix any problem with an order. They load your order rather than making you lug it through the store. They carry a great range of farm, ranch, garden, pet and home supplies at competitive prices. One drawback is that they are closed from Sat afternoon thru Sunday so plan ahead.
My experience was not great when it came to customer greetings and service, from the cashier. I (african american) walked into the store and the cashier looked at me and didn't say a word. A white customer walked in minutes later and was politely greeted with, "welcome to Oxford Farm and Ranch". I spent money there just like everyone else and deserved to be greeted/acknowledged, just like everyone else. The owner should ensure their employees learn proper customer service etiquette in the future.
I went in to look for clothing for my husband. Quite a variety of clothes & boots. Pricing was very reasonable. Checkout was quick and the employees were excellent.

I called ahead to verify that they had 6 bags of 32-3-7. Years we have it. Line there in 45 minutes a 35 mile drive from my home when I got there No fertilize!
When I was a young man man, we had a local COOP where we went to get all manner of seed and supplies. Now we have Walmart and assorted business to help us. Oxford Farm and Ranch is my favorite place to get what I need for our little place. This store is very friendly and has a great selection of town and country su and tack. I wish that their hours were a little bit later. I will make do. If you are reading this review, take my word for it this business is worth checking out.
