I can’t even begin to put into words how wonderful the Allens are! You can tell they genuinely care for the animals they raise and are so knowledgeable about every single one. They knew the names of all their cows and how old each one was. And they brush their cows! 😍 My family will never forget our experience on Lil Valley Ranch! Thank you so much for welcoming us and being so great with our kiddos.
We used to be a one elk family, but the kids eat so much now! We bought burger from Lil Valley Ranch to supplement our annual demands for ground burger and we are super happy with our choice. Being used to wild game, we are impressed with the quality of this meat. Rich purple color, full of flavor, but not at all gamey, lean, but not too lean. If you haven't tried Scottish Highland beef, I highly recommend it. David was a pleasure to work with, and you can tell he is passionate about raising these animals with tons of care and pride. He's in it for the right reasons. We will definitely purchase beef again here in the future.
Karen and David are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Their ranch is breathtaking and full of some of the best looking and friendly highland cattle. Their cabin was a perfect size and would be an amazing place to lodge after a long day fishing with some friends. I will definitely be coming back!
First off, I've never seen cow owners brush their cows. You know these animals are well taken care of (if not completely pampered). The facility is very clean and in a beautiful location. David and Karen are wonderful people and are very easy to work with. Bring the kids and plan on some extra time because you're going to want to stay longer!

This is a great family ranch to work with wheather your buying or selling. Very nice well kept facility and fantastic owners. Would definitely recommend looking into this ranch. Very professional website and great pictures of their animals.
I had the opportunity to spend some time there last summer and will tell you it was a wonderful experience. It’s was fun getting to know the owners and learn what hard work it takes to run a ranch.
