I used to buy venison from here. Years ago. I’ve moved since then. Terrific quality venison. Hank was always interesting to talk with, sharing the history of the land and how farming deer worked. Sometimes I’d meet him at the Williston slaughter house where he’d sell me the odds and ends/stew quality (I used to make dried dog treats from it).
