The goat meat was fresh and taste really good. But there is one problem. I did not like they way Mr. Logan slice/cut the meat, those were huge. The meat should be in medium to medium-small pieces. Also my 6 lb meat was covered with goat hair and dust. I had to clean for hours beore cooking. Mr. Logan I tried to contect you about this. You may have missed my message. Please consider my request to handle the meat carefully.
Logan is such a gentlemen friendly and helpful, we goto his form every month to buy the goat, beautiful scenery clean place. Way to go Logan.
