I had the best chicharonnes I've ever had in my life. And the ones with the meat still attached are amazing. The butcher I met didnt speak English but luckily we both had phones to translate so I could let him know I love him. Will definitely be going back

First time in Hermiston,OR and out of the two Mexican places we ate at, their restaurant/food is absolutely authentic and amazing. They have fresh handmade tortillas and meat is especially fresh! If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place! Walking in you can smell the aromatics of the seasoning and meat they are cooking. My family and I had the Menudo and it tastes almost exactly or even better then my moms! (Sorry mom) Food taste just like home, comforting, tasty and seasoned with flavor!!! Also worth mentioning the service was absolutely amazing, the lady kept bringing out tortillas without us asking and even asked if we wanted more after we were done with our food! We felt very taken care of and overall super nice ambiance.

The food here was really good. It was fresh and flavorful. All made in-house by hand. I had the Asada plate. The Asada plate came with beans and rice, along with onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. There is a Mexican store in the other half of the building, owned by the same owner. It has a butcher shop in it that will cut meat to your desired thickness or size. The butcher counter had marinated asada, carnitas, and something else that don't remember now. Definitely would recommend eating at the restaurant and then taking some goodies home from the store side.

These guys make the best carnitas in town, and have bought pork belly roasts a couple times, great price here for such an underappreciated part of the pig. Its probably the name, and decadence in fat and calories(on that i could care less) and nobody seems to be able to do the cracklins on top correctly... but i have no troubles, several ways to do it.

Moved here from Portland Or. And really picky about meat markets. This is THE BEST meats I've EVER purchased in Hermiston and Portland area. They're friendly,nice and will give you the cut you want. I go in for fileh minyon and carnitas(which are the best in town)regularly and very happy costumer

Being from the Texas Gulf Coast, I always look for a good meat market, and this place never disappoints! Fresh ground very lean ground beef while I watched them make my order! Five Stars!!!

Best meat, nicest people and great prices.

Some prices are good, but today I was surprised that each bottle costs 4.99 and I say surprised because they didn't have a price, normally these bottles cost 1 dollar and 2 cents and they sell them for triple.

I bought beef broth that smelled bad, like it was rotten, the vegetables were bad or the meat, they should check the food before selling it, I really threw it away.

Good spot, they just upgraded the seating. Tasty and authentic. The people are very calm and polite.

They have served me cold food twice and they always forget the tortillas.

They sell the best meat to grill.

Yesterday I went to buy meat for broth and they gave me some very ugly meat. I think Nipa Cosido is very disgusting and so well, very fat.
